Is there a website that keeps track of the changes as DVDs get reissued?

none that i know of save for dvdcompare.net which lists all the features of the individual releases worldwide including reissues.

doesn't dvdbeaver do comparisons too?

Both are not very compete, at least they rarely seem to have the double dips I'm looking at.
