Does the set contain the reunion/anniversary shows? The new 3 discer with the finale and all the bonus material does. Just curious.

Yeah, wish I could find the thread, but I'll look for it and link to it here if I find it. It's basically the last three discs of the M&M collection, so Disc 1 is the finale and the other two are exactly as they were in the big set. Major kudos to the studio for doing this, by the way -- I was afraid I'd have to cough up $200 for three discs.

Ah, here it is, from our old friends tvgui... er, I mean, tvshowsondvd.com:

Bit the bullet and bought this on ebay tonight. Sucks having to overpay, but thought I would grab it before prices got more extreme.

May I ask what you paid for it?

Hope you really wanted the set for stuff like the box, etc., because as I mentioned, the bonus stuff will be released soon for those who already own all the season sets.

I bought it for $235 total. I don't own any of the other seasons and I have been catching some reruns lately and I got an itch to watch the entire series. I do like how it's boxed all together to save me some space, but of course I do not like the hefty price tag.

It's really a crime how that thing went OOP so quickly with no warning. Back in November, I had a 40% off coupon at Borders on box sets, but when I showed up to purchase one, the clerk told me the last one "had just sold".

I saw on dvdpricesearch a listing for this set in the daily specials section a few days ago. Usually when this happens its some kind of mistake and if you actually go to the sites they list it as out of stock. This time DeepDiscount listed it as in stock and shipping on 4/12. I didn't really believe it but I took a shot (it was about $140). I was shocked this morning to get a shipping notice! I went back to their site and it now lists it as "this item is currently not in stock and will ship to you on 4/18/2007". I wonder if they're getting some new stock in from somewhere?

Why would I bother to ask them? I've already got one coming! The reason I posted was to give people a heads-up that they may want to keep an eye on DeepDiscount to see if it shows up back in stock on the 18th.

OOPs .. sorry buddy!! Really. I think my coffee hadn't kicked in yet when I read your post. Congrats on the find!!

Perhaps it was a return and they only had one in stock. Then again, it's listed over at DVDPacific and I was able to add it to the cart. Though, I've never used them and I didn't register to see if I could get all the way through the process.

When I bought mine it did say "in stock" and shipping in 2 days so if anyones interested they might want to check availability over the next few days (or just take a chance and order it to see if it shows up in stock on the 18th).

Maybe DD.com is getting overstock that the mass merchandisers are returning to the distributors. They've had this title for at least 5 months and are looking to clear up rack space so don't be surprised if your order arrives with a Best Buy, Target or Walmart label on it.

It is listed on Amazon.com as well.

I think they might be all used copies though.

Oh well,
I picked up all 11 season id. and in a way it was better because they discs are packaged better.

I got a shipping confirmation from DD for 4 copies (I meant to order 2, but it came out 4 .... long story).

I'll keep 1, sell all 11 of my individual sets, and sell the other 3 Martini sets. Use the profit to upgrade my computer.

What is the User ID? I don't see any for less than $169.

That being said, one of the sellers has a new copy for $130.55 + $2.59 shipping. Not a bad deal there...

Theres now a ton of these on ebay and even Amazon has it back in stock. You may have a hard time unloading those extra sets for any kind of profit. Very strange that this set was so hard to find (and supposedly OOP) and now suddenly its available again.

I also saw these at Costco this afternoon. They had about 20 in stock, so maybe it isn't as rare as previously thought or they are clearing out unsold sets that were stockpiled in one of their warehouses imho...
