So, what will be your last DVD purchases of 2006?

December was a pretty good month for me, after selling over half of my collection early this year, I have added alot of titles to my collection this month

I know on the 26th ill be picking up

Beerfest
Snakes on a Plane

Also have orders from eBay and play coming.. and ofcourse christmas gifts!

Coming out December 26, my last dvd purchases will be:

The Descent
Jackass 2

Snakes on a Plane comes out on Jan 2 and Crank comes out Jan 9.

Descent unrated is the only thing left for me this year... dont even want to know how many thousands I spent.

I don't plan on buying anything else before the end of the year, so my last purchases will have been Seasons 5 & 7 of Buffy from the DDD B1G1F sale.

For new releases, the Disney tins on the 19th will probably be the finale for '06.

None for me, unless I don't get The Simpsons: Season 9 for Christmas.

As far as new releases, my first 2007 purchase won't be until February. :eek:

Assuming there are no great sales on catalog titles between now and year's end, mine were THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE--Limited Extended Edition Gift Set and THE DOORS: 15-Year Anniversary Edition.

Can't really be specific, but my last purchases will be done with whatever BEST BUY gift cards I manage to score over the holidays. Traditionally, I try to pick up a season set of <i>RIDES</i> with one of my gift cards (Season Three is next on my list), but given that the stores are usually picked clean by the time I get in there with my gift cards (and I'm too impatient to wait until they re-stock), I'll just be picking up whatever I can find that's of interest.

Mine will be Dane Cooke's Tourgasm

I guess it depends on what happens to be on sale after Christmas, because there's nothing coming out on the 26th I really care about. But there's usually good deals to be had in stores that day, so we'll see.

Jet Li's Fearless is the only must before '07.

After picking up the last two Bond sets, I think I'm done for the year. The only thing I may get before the new year is Black Christmas.

I also have Seasons 5 & 6 of Stargate SG-1 ordered on and the way.

Just sold my wooden box set on half.com, the last of my unusually packaged titles. Now I will have complete uniformity on my shelves.

The Descent and The Simpsons: Season 9 for me. After that, I'll be awaiting the Yojimbo/Sanjuro set from Criterion on January 23rd.

Ordered Wages of Fear and Man on the Moon today. That'll do until May or so.

I'm getting all the pre-christmas stuff I want for Christmas, so my actual last purchases of the year should be Jackass 2, The Last Kiss and The Descent... and Snakes on a Plane if I can find it anywhere early (last few years during boxing week I've managed to get the early january releases in late december).
