How would you order these dvds?

I've just started sorting all my dvds trying to get everything set up in this room
http://forums.dvdtalk.com/showpost.p...&postcount=385

I sort everything on my shelves alphabetically except I've also started grouping certain movies, like Jason X with my Friday the 13th set and grouping all the Midnight Movies in the 'M' section.

Unfortunately, these movies have nothing to distinguish themselves from the others. The spine and cover just have the titles of the two movies.

The only similarities between these are that 5 of them are from Diamond Entertainment and the rest are from the dollar stores.

Any suggestions?

H for "horror"
M for "miscellaneous"
D for "double feature"
C for "cheapy"
or alphabetically by either your favorite of the two titles, or the first one listed.

I used to do it by the first movie but it just doesn't seem fair to the second one.

Smaller images would have been sufficient, without requiring to scroll from side to side to see them all. Well personally, I wouldn't have bought those DVDs in the first place. They couldn't even give them to me. But in your case, I would catagorized them VERY separately from the rest of your collection as: Low Budget .

Well, that'll teach it to try harder next time.

I know they're cheap but why 2 copies of the I Eat Your Skin double-feature? I'm sure one would make a great stocking-stuffer this time of year!

Maybe he can file one under cooking shows and one under skin flicks?

Ha ha, I never noticed that. I have so much stuff that when I go out, sometimes I end up buying stuff I already have.

Yes, the sealed one will be sent off as a gift to someone.

No, you keep it! Giving that DVD away as a Christmas gift to someone will be an insult to them.

personally i would put them in a small section next to my horror section (even tho the bruce lee doesnt belong there, i would let that slide)

i have all my MGM Midnite Movies together in a section like that.
