More Problems with Superman Ultimate Collector Edition??

So I purchased the edition that is currently out, and will need to participate in the disc replacment program - but when I compare the discs in the box with the pictures of the discs on the cover - the "Look, Up In the Sky" disc does not have the same DVD art.
All the other discs have 1/2 of the disc with the standard label, the other side is a picture. The "Look, Up in the Sky" disc has the entire disc with a picture, so I am wondering if this is an older disc with different content, or the right one, but for some reason has different art work... With the other messups, I am leary about other screwups that the collection might have?

Anyone else with non-uniform discs? And, does anyone know if these contain the correct information?

There have also been rumblings on the HTF, so I am led to believe that all the discs have different art.
