I wanted to know if there have been any confirmations or rumors regarding the two "Fantasia Films" which are now currently out-of-print. I've had my eyes set on the Anthology collection for a long time, but have been hesitant due to the constant double-dips that have cropped up in the past. Does anyone know of any plans to release these two films anytime in the near future?

I have the anthology, but hope someday Disney releases Fantasia as it was original released, even with the pick-a-ninny centaur.

I think Fantasia is rumored to be part of the Platinum editions, but that release is still a couple of years off.

Jeeez, I would just buy the set and forget it. Disney ALWAYS double-dips...but its YEARS between releases. The current DVD releases are out of print but pretty easily found, and are well worth it.
