What happened to the Fox's DVD of John Huston's The Kremlin Letter? I thought it was supposed to come out this week but I haven't seen any sign of it. Was it pused back to another date?

Somebody mentioned it in the Fox Spy thread, but nobody had an answer. I do know that, although it was mentioned at some websites, Fox never officially announced the Kremlin Letter.

It was definitely mentioned in several DVD info websites as a Nov. 7th release and even Amazon listed it as the same.
