Hey, anyone know when season 3 is being released? There was an add for this fall but no luck... They better had release it now, otherwise it's like taking candy from a baby... I love the show and really want season 3 onwards released!

There's been some chatter over on the Home Theater Forum, pretty much confirmed by TVShowsOnDVD.com, that the first two seasons did not sell as well as expected; consequently, future seasons are on hold.

It really sucks that the best TV show ever can't sell enough to be released in its entirety.

What I think really sucks is that these studios that won't complete TV shows on DVD can't license these shows to other people to finish those shows. Maybe Time Life could complete Hill Street Blues? Or Columbia House? Or Shout Factory? There are several shows that studios should outsource like that, mainly because there is a solid fan base, even if there isn't mass appeal to sell millions upon millions of copies.
