Silent Hill DVD Question
I finally got around to watching Silent Hill DVD tonight as part of my ongoing October-is-scary-movie-month.
When I saw the film in the theater, there was a very high pitched sound whenever a flashlihgt was on in the dark. On the DVD I did not notice the sound at all. I have a cheap-o Sony 5.1 HTIB setup. Is my system just not good enough to produce the high pitched sound? or did they take it out for the DVD release?

from an external review by someone who hated the movie.
"It was also really annoying that there was a very high pitched noise whenever the flashlight was on screen. I don't know what's up with that."
