The poll is ineffective in my opinion. Most of us don't buy one genre of DVD every week. This week, I'm buying new and classic cartoons, children's fare, classic musicals, classic television, and new horror. If you did a poll that was a list of maybe 8 of the biggest single releases, and asked which was the most important to us, that might be a more interesting result.

Also, I didn't realize the weekly list was your thing. I won't do it next week.

To be honest, I never liked the "genre" poll either. I liked the old polls that Rypro did as well where he listed most of the big releases.

Anyway, Batman Beyond Season 2 for me, and probably Justice League.

Me too. Of course, then there were the inevitable "why didn't you include __________ in the poll" posts... any way that you do it, some will complain.

Thanks for starting the thread this week, Ethan!

What the hell is a "partial ultimate collector's edition"?

Is that like a "somewhat limited special edition"?

It's everything from the ultimate edition without the disks from the earlier set, but with the thin cases for them.

Explained in this thread: http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showthread.php?t=472099
