Is this 50s/60s sci-fi flick out on DVD?

I'm trying to arrange my own little Halloween DVD marathon for the month of October, and was curious to know if this film is available on DVD.

I don't remember the title or plot, but the monsters were these little brain creatures. They were about the size of a human brain, but had a little tail (and antennae I believe). They would basically jump up at people and wrap their tails around their necks. That's all I remember... any ideas?

PS -- feel free to hijack if you have your own lost classic!

That's Fiend Without A Face - the Criterion release is the one you want and it's easily found.

AFAIK it's the only release in r1; there's also a release in the UK, but only the Criterion is anamorphic OAR. The BBC one is pan-and-scanned.

Awesome, thanks everyone -- that's it. It does seem to be readily available, just need to decide if it's worth $30 to see it again.

I could've sworn I saw something mentioned in one of the Criterion threads (or maybe it was just a regular thread) about a 2-disc set in the future....but I can't find it.

A few of Richard Gordon's other films may be released by Criterion in the near future, but I am not sure that they are re-visiting Fiend without a Face. It has been known for years that Criterion had access to at least four more Gordon titles and that they may have been sitting on them for the apparently abortive Eclipse sub-series. The last Criterion newsletter indicated that they were coming soon. According to DVDSavant, "Tom Weaver has said that the discs may be out in January or February."
