Captain Nemo and the Underwater City - a terrific print exists... it has been shown on TCM from time to time. I own a boot of it that is pretty decent, but I'd scoop up an anamorphic copy from Warner Bros. any day.
Atlantis, The Lost Continent - Not the best George Pal effort, but still a lot of fun.
Robinson Crusoe On Mars - Paramount just sits on it.
Master Of The World - Maybe if the Midnight Movies line returns?
Anderson's O Lucky Man and If...

WTF is the holdup? To think of all the crap that has been released, and how many decent films haven't, is just sad...

Student Bodies (1981)
Legend of the Lone Ranger (released in R2, but not R1)
Summer Job (cheesy 80's B-movie)
"Super Fuzz" was on my list, until I got it last year from overstock.com.

Besides SE's for a ton of films...I think all that's left on my wishlist is The Wonder Years. I shouldn't hold my breath though
