To my knowledge there hasn't been anything new done - other than perhaps a few one-offs - since the complete Mr Bean TV series (Whole Bean) was released. The only things Bean since then have been the animated series and the new Mr. Bean movie coming out next year. So your set covers everything.

I wish they would re-release the whole set w/o the cuts that were made

The 2003 "Mr. Bean: The Whole Bean" DVD box set contains all 14 episodes of the series. However, some episodes, such as "Merry Christmas, Mr. Bean" and "Do-It-Yourself, Mr. Bean" have been edited, with a few sequences missing (buying his Christmas turkey, trying out his armchair in a department store, etc.). 'Story of Bean, The (1997) (TV)' documentary has also been edited (most notably, the section detailing 'Tall Guy, The (1989)' has been removed). The edited episodes on the DVD appear to be the same ones originally aired on British Television minus "End of Part One", etc, as the video versions (released in the 1990s under the guises of "the red/blue/turqoise/purple Mr Bean videos") have these cut scenes intact.

Amazon.com has a list of the episodes:

http://www.amazon.com/Best-Mr-Bean-P.../dp/B000G1R3YY

EPISODES: Mr. Bean (pilot) / The Return of Mr. Bean / The Curse of Mr. Bean / Merry Christmas Mr. Bean / Do-It-Yourself Mr. Bean
If its from A&E, I am afraid its going to be the same edits used on "The Whole Bean" box set. A&E did this also with at least 2 different edited episodes in their Monty Python's Flying Circus sets.

As for a Mr. Bean box set in the UK, went to several sites and didn't see any.
The only ones I saw were 2 different DVDs with 3 episodes each.

Vol. 1 has
'The Return Of Mr. Bean'
'Mr. Bean'
'Hair By Mr. Bean Of London'

Vol. 2 has:
'The Curse Of Mr. Bean'
'Mr. Bean Goes To Town'
'The Trouble With Mr. Bean'
