Yeah, they should have made a full SE, but I'll get it for a better transfer and the new scenes. The first release was pretty bad.

Just got around to watching this last night. ESPECIALLY loved the "failed suicide" scene that had been in the trailer forever. Nothing monumental beyond that...but definitely liked it.

Let me tell you, though, the transfer is pretty atrocious. Maybe it's because I've been watching so many HD discs lately but, damn, it made me appreciate HD that much more.

I remember the laserdisc had a beautiful crisp transfer.

Sorry for the bump, but I'm curious about Bugsy Siegel's "screen test." A) is it the real Bugsy, or Warren Beatty acting as Bugsy; B) how long was it/how was it?
