Check Amazon.com for them. If you can't buy them from Amazon, they're probably out of print.

I do believe the Goodtimes Halloween 2 and 3 are out of print as all the stores I visit carry the Universal versions...The Trick Or Treat dvd I am not sure, I still see it on occasion in the Walmart Dump Bin...

I still have my Goodtimes edition, which is WS but 4x3 format.

Yes. The Universal release is 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen.
