No mention of the aspect ratio for this set.

The 3rd season was only 13 episodes, and the specs say 26. Is it possible this is seasons 3 and 4?

Looking at the episode guide, you may be right. Season 3 and 4 were only 13 episodes each.

A release of season 3 and 4 seems a little strange. A huge release of 26 and then Season 5 with 13. Just doesn't seem right.
Batman Beyond is also going to look strange. 13 episode Season 1 release. 26 episode season 2. 13 episode season 3. But that I'll at least understand since it's just the logical split of the seasons.
I say, and not to sound greedy, but just give us Justice League Unlimited: The Complete Series, and call it a day.

They mention the "Epilogue" episode, which was the last episode of season 4. Sounds like the two seasons are together.

It's not that big of a deal. We get:

26 Volume 1
26 Volume 2
26 Volume 3
13 Volume 4

I'm okay with that. Although I do kind of wish they had done 2 26 Batman Beyond volumes and just split the second season up. But I know some people would have a problem with that.

Who knows...maybe the 13 episodes on Volume 4 leaves room for a JLU direct to video movie or something. Not that I have heard anything like that...just thinking out loud.

Anybody think they might release season 5 before the end of the year? I commend WB for releasing them pretty quickly but it would be pretty sweet to have the entire series in 1 years time!

I will reserve judgement on this until there is confirmation that it will be in ANAMORPHIC widescreen this time....

Not that this is remotely confirmation of anything, but DVD Aficionado is listing this is Justice League Seasons 3 and 4 in their database. Still think that a 13 episode Season 5 on 2 discs is going to look a little strange on the shelf next to three 4 disc sets (especially if they try and do packaging like Batman Beyond Season 1) but I am very excited as I've been mostly catching up on the show on DVD.

Worldsfinestonline.com has the tentative cover art for JLU: Season 1 and Batman Beyond: Season 2.

So, just to clarify, because I never saw the JL series on television, were there two seasons of Justice League, and then they changed it to JLU? So JLU season 1 is actually JL season 3?

Now i'm just plain confused. How is this JLU Season 1 if this is really two 13 episode seasons combined? Seems like these should be titled as volumes instead.

I read somewhere that Bruce Timm & Co and been given the go ahead for 26 episodes, and these two seasons have one overreaching arc, and all the episodes aired within one year, so maybe they considered it one season.

I cannot wait to pick these up. I have been very happy with the JLA series released so far and look forward to getting these as well. The day before my birthday as well....can't go wrong.

Does anybody know why did WB change the order of episodes in disc 4 of the set? I was watching this today and notice that the first episode of disc 4 is Question Authority instead of Hunter's Moon. By doing this, WB put an non-related episode in the middle of the season ending 4 part story-arc and totally kills the momentum between the Question Authority episode and the Flashpoint one.
