I am pretty happy with the MK2 disc....if that is what the hint is all about!

Looks like Koko is making a backwards "L" sign...or gesturing that alas, he knew poor Yorick well.

Not that the present DVDs are bad, but 'Colors' criterions would be fun

I guess this month it's not so much an enigmatic hint... As they are flat-out telling us...
Double Life of Veronique Criterion DVD. I, for one, am very excited.

If this is true, this is more than I could have ever hoped for this movie. I just wanted the film on DVD but a Criterion version is the sweetest icing that cake could have!

I think it's great that there will finally be a R1/NTSC release of "Veronique" - and that's almost certainly the Kieslowski film in question - but oh-so-briefly I considered the possibilities of a Criterion "Dekalog" set that might look a bit like the upcoming Rohmer set.

The Facets "Dekalog" release is really not very good, and I've never been quite willing to pay the enormous price for the superior Polish set from Warners. IMO, it's his best work, and I'd love to get a Criterion-quality release of it.

I'm going to wet my pants if it's a Dekalog set, but anything else is still good.
