I just completed the 3rd box of Superman the Animated series. I noticed that the episode where Superman is challenged to a race by Flash is not in the 3 sets. Did I somehow miss it? If not, why isn't it there?

It should be on Volume 1. I believe the title of the episode was "Speed Demons." Last episode on the set - disc 2, side B.

John's right. Vol. 1 of Superman: The Animated Series contains all 13 episodes of season 1, and the first 5 episodes of season 2 (Blast from the Past parts 1 & 2, The Prometheon, Speed Demons, Live Wire).

Yep, you definitely missed it, last episode, last disc of vol. 1, "Speed Demons."
