STRANGERS ON A TRAIN (Hitchcock) has both the American and British versions.
Rudolph Valentino in THE SHEIK tosses in THE SON OF THE SHEIK
OKLAHOMA includes both the Cinemascope and the Todd-AO versions - each filmed separately.
STATE FAIR includes the Pat Boone remake.

Warner's DVD of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde has both the Spencer Tracy and Frederick March versions. The Tracy version was voted in on one of the Warner polls, so I guess that makes the March version an extra, although they are co-billed on the DVD cover.

does anybody know if the old version of Scarface and Death Takes a Holiday are available separately? It's been a while since these were released - so would think they would finally be avaialble now?

The 2 disc Werner Herzog Nosferatu has both the English and German versions
of the film.
The Cars That Ate Paris has the Ausatralian TV movie The Plumber on it.
The SE of Raising Victor Vargas has the short film that inspired the feature length version.
A great number of Criterions contain second films, short and feature length.
of the film.

I'm not including alternate edits of films as they don't count as a "second film." Nor am I including full length documentaries that were made specifically for LaserDisc or DVD.
A majority of the Mystery Science Theater 3000 stand-alone discs have the uncut film they're making fun of on the opposite side of the disc. The only volume set to include the uncut films was Volume 1.
Dawn of the Dead: Ultimate Edition includes the original late full-length 1980's documentary Document of the Dead on the fourth disc of the set.
I like to believe that Porky's has Porky's 2: The Next Day as an extra, as does Revenge of the Nerds with Revenge of the Nerds 2: Nerds In Paradise along with Cherry Falls having the John Ritter made-for-television movie Terror Tract as a bonus feature.

The whole Canabilism scene was hysterical. As was the final fight scene.

How do you decide if something like "Porky's/Porky's 2" or "Revenge of the Nerds/Revenge 2" is a one-movie disc with a sequel as an extra, or simply two movies on one disk? What about all the two-fer Midnight Movies discs?
I guess it's just semantics?

I wasen't referring to documentaries or double feature disks in which both titles are listed on the spine and cover, like Nerds. I meant DVD that, under special features, include a second full length film.
