Trouble Contacting Paramount

The third disc to my Star Trek TOS Season 3 set became scratched a while ago, rendering it unreadable. I decided to contact Paramount to purchase or have them send a replacement, but every time I call, I get sent to a messaging system. I left a message over a month ago with all my info, and still no response. Does anybody have any advice or other ways to get through? I don't want to buy another set just to replace the third disc -- those sets cost over 100. I also tried returning it to the store I bought it from, and they wouldn't take it. Any help would be fantastic. Thanks!

While I have a feeling you're probably out of luck, try this:

My DVD set is missing a disc. What can I do?

For any problems with a Star Trek DVD package (series or movie), send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject line "DVD problem". Include your name, address and daytime phone number, and a description of the problem.
