What's with this cover? Is this the actual cover sold nowadays, cause I'd rather have I'd rather know I bought X-Men than Fantastic 4. Thanks.

Yep, that's the cover. Saw the same one at Best Buy a couple of months ago (alongside the original cover).

I think all the ones that included the free ticket to F4 had that horrible blue border. Although its wierd but that is a bilingual cover so i guess the US may at least not have the french on the cover

Isn't that just the slipcover and the actual cover-art underneath is still the same?

That is the Canadian version slipcover, hence the French translation on the cover.
