Radioland Murders

Apparently Universal is gonna re-release "Radioland Murders" on August 29th. What I'm wondering is will there be any extras?

I'm hoping for some deleted scenes but it being anamorphic is good enough for me.

I enjoyed this movie. I'll definitely pick it up.

I seem to remember enjoying this movie well enough when I saw it way back in the day on pan-and-scan VHS before I knew any better. That being said, with all the ill will I am feeling towards Lucasfilm at the moment, I won't put another penny in their pocket for the time being, so no sale here.

Oddly enough in the last couple of weeks I've seen older versions in stores: the laserdisc version (for $2.95 at a Half-Price books) and the first DVD (at a used CD/DVD store for $4.99).

I got the old one for less than $5, so I might do a DP on this one...

I'll hang onto my original copy unless Universal puts some extras on this release (which I doubt they will)

Just got my copy today. Anamorphic, 5.1 surround, only extra - the trailer. Haven't had time to watch it yet but quickly scanning through it, it looks pretty good.

Definately worth buying for the anamorphic upgrade.
