My boxset of I Claudius has a bad disc 3 and I just want to replace it, not the whole boxset... Image entertainment released it and I sent them an email last week and still got no response from them... So has anyone here requested a disc replacement from a boxset from Image Entertainment... will they do it, do they charge a fee?

I recently sent an email to warner about a bad disc in ER Season 1 disc 3. No response yet from them either.

Must be a disc 3 thing. : 0
