Excellent...this time they're actually going to get it out in time for new fans to catch up before season 3 (that should be happening...) I was shocked last year when Season 1 came out 3 weeks after season 2 began...Definitely getting this one.

Great news, can't wait to pick this up...this is my favorite show on TV right now and I've already watched through the season one set twice. Hopefully there will be more in the way of extras this time around.

i sure as hell hope there are extras this time. this season has been great so far, and by watching the episodes all at once will be better then the current format.

This is awesome! Besides 'Gilmore Girls' this is the best show on television (and next year both show will probably be on the same night on the same network - heaven).
Hopefuly this time around though Warner Brother's makes up for season 1 in the special features department.

that is hoping the creators don't end it now after 7 seasons (they're not coming back next season if there is a next season.)
Would it be too much to ask for a release date for the (inevitable) HD-DVD (or Blu-Ray) edition? Or are we gonna be exected to double-dip?

Rypro, you really should, its a really great show eventhough it doesn't sound like it from plot descriptions and such. But if I where you I would start from the beginning (probably in a month or show it should be back around there on ABC family) cause the episode you where talking about if I am correct aired last season, and while its still really funny etc, you missout on a lot of stuff if you havn't seen previous episodes (a lot like veronica mars)

No Extra Juicy Edition = No Sale
But anyways, I'll definitely be getting this the first day so I can plop down and watch the mystery all over again.

I really wish they'd put a little more effort into the second season box. Doesn't look like much more in the way of extras than we had for the first season. It would be nice if Warners recognized the gem they had. I'll buy it anyway, though - can't wait for tonight's episode!

Damn, I wanted to get this, but the extras are basically nil, so I think Ill pass for now...But if/when it comes out on HD or BR or a super set then it will be mine.

The extras look better than the first season's ones (ok, not that it's hard to beat deleted scenes and 30 seconds of footage in the pilot) so I'm looking forward to it. I hope they add features instead of taking them off like for S1 - I was so pissed when the took off the bloopers; I love those things.

I finally got around to picking up Season 1 over the weekend ($23 at Target ). I've been wanting to see this show for ages. Now I'll have the chance to watch season 1 this summer, then season 2 if I enjoy it and catch season 3 this fall on TV.
