Does anyone know of any TV shows that were originally broadcast in HD WS that were subsequently released only in FS DVD?

The OC Season 1 (Subsequent seasons also?)

The HD Widescreen airing on these episodes, wheren't filmed in Widescreen, but the top and bottom where cropped (like the First Three Seasons of "ER") to make the impression that it was widescreen, when that wasn't how it was intended.
