I am really looking forward to the Forbidden Hollywood Collection, though it sounds as if they are only going to release it as a "TCM Archives" 2-disc instead of the larger 5 or 6 disc collection (which they could easily do based on the great collection of pre-code films Warners owns). Apparently, they don't think a pre-code set would sell that well.
That's what they wondered about the Film Noir sets before it was apparent how successful those were. |
