To clarify my original post, the point I want to make in my article is about downloading. I want to distinguish between downloading of films that are no longer available in the marketplace and downloading simply as a means of avoiding paying for things that are readily available.

Sorry if I was vague. Even though my article in no way advocates piracy (instead it is a call for copyright reform), I figured the less actual talk of downloading the better.
