Anyone else having problems with the rebate??

A few weeks ago I recieved an e-mail saying they recieved my rebate & it was processing...
Today I got a Post card saying I did not include the UPC barcode.. I checked thinking I might have forgot but I did cut out the cover...
I called the phone # they listed but got no help...

just wondering if its just me or are they trying to mess with us....

dint heard of any such rebate. may be its just random and try calling their other numbers, sometimes fault occurs at such numbers
