I'm getting it even though he did censor the last volume.

Mike Judge can't "censor" them. Censorship is when an outside party says that something is inappropriate and takes away availability.
Mike Judge created these, if he takes a scene out, it's not censorship... he just didn't like the scene anymore.

Like right now, I'm censoring myself from calling you all kinds of names...
From Webster:
Main Entry: censor
Function: transitive verb
Inflected Form(s): cen·sored; cen·sor·ing /'sen(t)-s&-ri[ng], 'sen(t)s-ri[ng]/
: to examine in order to suppress or delete anything considered objectionable
I think it fits very well
Ultimately, they were edited, with scenes and dialog cut out by Mike Judge.

The reason Mike Judge cut the stuff was because he didn't like/was embarrassed by stuff now. I'm not defending what he did, all I'm saying is censored isn't the right word.

Well however Mike Judge views the scenes he removed is pointless because the ones buying these collections are the fans of the show...not Mike Judge.
Good or bad, the show was his gift to us. Changing this gift because HE wants to and not the fans makes him look like an ass.
Volume 2 = no sale.

Actually i found a Houston Chronicle article from last November where MJ says he wanted to correct animation mistakes that bugged him forever

"We also fixed some animation mistakes that have bugged me forever," Judge said. "It's not nit-picking - it's blatant. There's a fight scene they screwed up and made slower. It's things that looked ridiculously wrong."
