Looks real...but I never trust ebay and that's just me. I've been burned way too many times. But that sellar seems to have a good rep. Here is a legit pic from dvdempire for you to look at.

It's probably not a good idea to place a link to an active ebay auction for a dvd on a public dvd forum, which you are winning at the time that hasn't closed yet. it sort of invites competition for the item if somebody here is interested in the auction. you could lose your bid.
