The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. I love Fincher's work but was underwhelmed with this film. The extras are, as with most Fincher films, superb and well worth the price of the disc.

Alien 3 - the concepts for the various scripts along with the previously mentioned behind the scenes stuff is better than the movie itself.
Near Dark - The actor interviews were awesome, and Bill Paxton hit it out of the park with the train conductor story.

I blind-bought the SE of Spiderman 2 to get all the random crap with it (art cards, comic book, etc), then I had to go buy 1 & 3 as well.

Bullit. Didn't all that much about the movie, but the steve mcqueen docu was incredible.
Tales from the Crypt S1. Was very disappointed in the first season, but the documentary on the history of EC comics was awesome.

The Fantastic 4 2-disc dvd (piece of shit movie) has a great hour-long documentary on legendary comic book artist Jack Kirby, along with another documentary on the history of the FF comic book, both worthy of their own dvd. I see the movie as a worthless extra on the dvd of these docs.

Pretty much any Troma movie with their feature length behind the scenes documentaries are better than the movies, even the movies they've done that are a heckuva lot of fun. I think the one on Citizen Toxie has to be the best, with Poultrygeist closing in behind.
Tales from the Crapper's was a bit depressing, though...

Comic Book The Movie
Watching "Behind The Voices", a panel of voice over artists at a Comic Con has lots of gold nuggets, including Marice LaMarche recreating Orson Welles outtakes.

Scary Movie 2 - I bought this completely laughless film to complete the collection. There's a lot of funny parts in the deleted scenes that might have been able to save this one.
Star Wars 4 A New Hope - I bought this piece of crap just to get the Original Theatrical Version of Star Wars.

Titanic. The movie is a wretched piece of crap. Not worth re-watching. The bonus features are cool for the historical perspective.

I don't dislike Daredevil (theatrical cut), but I greatly prefer the director's cut. That said, I've kept the theatrical version simply because it features some of the most thorough doc's I've seen yet on the comics industry.

Thanks for that heads-up. I'd enjoyed Wonderland on cable so had not yet opened the DVD copy I bought later.
That documentary is almost like a hidden DVD easter egg, except its a whole DVD. There's no mention of Wadd on the Wonderland packaging. When I opened the case I was surprised to find a second DVD. Although its marked Wonderland disc 2, it goes straight to a menu for Wadd and contains nothing else. I watched it in its entirety and found it very interesting.
