Sweet!!! I am all over this one!!
Cool, I'm gald I never got around to picking this up.
Classic war film!
I have only seen the film in its entirety once years ago on tv. I liked it then and felt it sure seemed like it must have been the 'original' lively cast of colorful charecters having to band together type of films. Since there are too many films since then to list that follow a similar formula.
Then again some could say The Great Escape was as well. But I saw more DD charecterizations in later films than The Great Escape. |
It looks to be another fine 2 Disc Special Edition DVD by WB. I'm curious to see the 1985 sequel included on the DVD.
Nice job WB! |
Nice, thanks for the info. Wishlist is getting bigger again. :D
Awesome news!
Yeah! Yet another Warner special edition to be excited for.
Great news about the sequel.
Another reason why Warner is the best DVD Distributor and Producer in the business.
Another case where procrastination wins - never got around to picking this up, and from the description, this looks to be another "must have" from WB.
Sweet. Held off on buying this since it was a snapper, and I eventually saw it in a keepcase but never got around to getting it. Definitely picking this up.
Check off another long-awaited title from my want list!
This will help me forgive the WB for botching the Unbearable Lightness of Being SE.
ok, so one of the only warner boxes i have skipped was the ww2 box....glad i did now, and I will be picking up the big red one this week as well.
Good news. Thanks.

eww, bad artwork... but it shall still be mine on May 23rd!
Double dipping on this one.
Agreed on the lame artwork. Still a must-buy for me though.
I really wish they would consider using more of the original poster art for these special editions:

I would love that poster art as the cover. Either way I'm in on this one!!
Not a very good cover art but I still must buy this one.
I really like the cover art, no problems with it for me. Maybe, I just can't wait to get my hands on this one. Warner comes through once again!!
