I forgot to add the other day that Class of 1999 is badly, BADLY needed in Region 1.

TheMovieman 05-10-07 06:36 PM

Trojan War - I know this isn't that good of a movie but I've seen so many crappy movies get releases but this one I think could sell OK since it has Jennifer Love Hewitt, Marley Shelton, Danny Masterson ("That 70s Show") and Eric Balfour ("24").

Mr. Cinema 05-10-07 07:07 PM

Still hoping Universal releases Pure Luck.

Zen Peckinpah 05-10-07 07:42 PM

Universal should license Lost Highway to Criterion. Even if we don't get a commentary per se, David Lynch will happily approve a special edition of the film and provide some extras. Plus, there's no Lynch in the collection yet, so that's a bonus.

BobSchlapowitz 05-10-07 08:52 PM

1. No Holds Barred
2. If Looks Could Kill

avrilfan 05-10-07 09:15 PM

i will vote for the following:

if looks could kill(1991)richard griecio
sex and the single girl(1964) tony curtis, natalie wood
boeing, boeing(1965?)tony curtis,jerry lewis
gold diggers: the secret of beat mountain(1995) christina ricci, anna chlumsky
the fuller brush man(1953?) red skelton
the horn blows at midnight- jack benny
george washington slept here-jack benny
those daring young men in thier jaunty japloies- tony curtis
Calendar girl(1993) jason preistly, jerry o' connell, stephanie anderson

(at least most of these movies are in thier OAR on LD(which I still enjoy every now and then), but it would be nice to have these films on dvds in all thier OAR glory, and maybe a commentary on some of them with tony curtis, richard griecio, gabreille anwar, christina ricci, anna chlumsky, and a few special features. of course, it would also be nice to just have these films in thier OAR on dvd.)

f1shf00d 05-10-07 10:25 PM

Pathfinder (the Norwegian one), Cupid the tv show, The Love War (don't ask why...I just remember liking it). oh, yeah, and Breaking Glass, the Hazel O'Connor new wave movie (I guess that might be a rerelease?)...
