Cannibal Holocaust - 2 different editions?

Hey, I'm looking to pick this up on ebay but came across two different versions and so far haven't been able to find the difference between the two.
They both have the same artwork on the cover but one has '25th
Anniversary Collector's Edition' written across the top and the other one has 'Grindhouse Releasing edition' written across the top. The only difference I can tell so far is the '25th anniversary' one is numbered. Can anyone fill me in? Does the inside artwork differ?.. different special features??

As far as I know, it's just the packaging. Yes, the anniversary edition is limited and apparently the other edition is NOT, but the latter has better packaging (which, I believe, is the reason it was released in the first place, as the anniversary edition packing is rather poor).

is it still the same artwork inside though, with the clear trays and the 'pole' picture?

I never had any floater problems with my set. However, it was one of about 8-10 on a shelf, and I checked many of them for condition/floaters. About three or four of them did have floaters.
