Could this be the worst cover art of all-time? It get's my vote.
I still hope it's a slipcover.

No, the text on the bottom is filler until they have decided EXACTLY how to word the rest of the title. That is plain block white text inserted on the cover - not gonna happen. Even with different text at the bottom, that is a TERRIBLE cover. Looks like a Superbit gone wrong.
Oh, and when did Will Smith turn into an older white man?

More info, curtesy of DVDActive:
Buena Vista Home Entertainment has announced special editions of Enemy of the State starring Will Smith and Gene Hackman, and Con Air which stars Nicolas Cage. Both discs will be available to own from the 16th May, and priced at around $19.99 a piece. Enemy of the State will include an extended cut of the film, presented in 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen, along with an English Dolby Digital 5.1 track. Extras will include a Making of Enemy of the State featurette, an All Access: “The Showdown” Scene feature, deleted scenes, and the original theatrical trailer. The Con Air disc will also include an extended cut of the film, again presented in 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen along with an English Dolby Digital 5.1 track. No extra material has been revealed for this one yet, but we'll let you know if we hear anything. Stay tuned.

I'm sure it's a slipcover (hopefully a shiny, embossed one) and the credit order and artwork for the actors almost always never lines up - that's perfectly normal. What worries me is the aspect ratio listed... these should all be 2:35...

The original cover art was great; this new one is sadly underwhelming. The special features sound okay, but make this feel like Office Space all over again. Highly anticipated, coping with delays, but ultimately rather lackluster. Hope the featurettes will be more than just fluff.
BUT WHAT IS UP WITH THE ASPECT RATIO?? ARE THEY SERIOUS??
Enemy and Con Air were filmed anamorphic; they're going to be butchered if reformatted to 1.85:1. This HAS TO BE a misprint. But if not, this will be a bust as far as I'm concerned. Won't bother with it.

Glancing at reviews for the current release of Enemy. The featurettes are described as little more than extended trailers mixed with brief behind-the-scenes shots. Total fluff pieces. So hope they have done something of solid value for the new one.

Thought I'd bring this back to page 1 again. Coming out on Tuesday.
Has any change in the cover art been announced? Found this at Circuit City:

Review up now:
http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=21664
Looks good. Not extraordinary, not bare bones. Least it's anamorphic and has some decent extras.
Best Buy shows the same cover as Circuit City. Amazon has the one with Unrated Extended Edition emblazoned on the front. Guess we won't know what was ultimately chosen until we see it on store shelves.

Disney is using different promotional art when they send out the specs (tvshowsondvd.com had a blurb about this for season sets, where they feature "SEASON X" really big...) they're doing it with regular releases well ...I think the art dvdtalk used art is the "promo" one and CC is the real but i'm not positive..

There's your art. The slipcase is the same, just with a foil/reflective touch to it. The same generic "Unrated Extended Edition" bar was also on the mock up "Con Air" art, which was also not the final product.
