Police Academy 5 in WS

Guess WB finally got their heads out of their asses. PA5 will be shown on HDNET which means they made a widescreen version of it.

Nice job guys. It's about freakin time.

Anyone remember what the official excuse was for not releasing 4 or 5 in WS?

They couldn't find widescreen prints, I believe.

Unofficially, they probably couldn't justify the cost of doing it at the time.

Looks like 5 is available in widescreen in other regions...but not 4. Hmm. strange. doesn't jive with anything they told us when they were originally released.
