Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 4 question

Hey guys,

I just picked up season 4 of Curb Your Enthusiasm and seem to have a minor problem. While watching "the 5 wood", at the end of chapter 3 into chapter 4 there seems to be a slight pause. I have never had an issue with layer changes (using a sony DVP S-7700). I am curious if this is something that occurs in all discs or if should just exchange the set.

Thanks for any help

I seem to recall one dramatic (noticeable) pause with my set but I can't recall what episode since I watched this months ago.

Chances are it's just the layer change.

My Pioneer handles most everything but some layer changes are more noticeable than others.

I just checked mine, and didn't notice any pause at that point...

It's definitely the layer change. My player has an indicator that shows when the change occurs, and that's where it showed up (I just checked). Seems weird that it would happen that late in the disc, but that's where it is.

Thanks guys... I have never noticed any layer changes on this particular player. At least it doesn't seem to be a glitchy disc.
