Mr. Skeffington is a gentleman.

I bought Warner Bros. Mr. Skeffington DVD last weekend and I highly recommend it. The film is a classic from 1944 that looks and sounds great (restoration?). Bette Davis is quite convincing in her role as Fanny and the story ends perfectly. If you are looking for classics on DVD this one won't disappoint.

I am intending to pick this up with the Bette Davis box set eventually.

Also, i suggest carrying discussion pertaining to classic films at www.hometheaterforum.com , where the classic film on DVD discussions are more intense and in depth over there.
