That artwork is so gay, but I've been waiting for this one for ages. I never thought it would be released, so I'm stoked.

I've never seen any of these, but as a fan of TOS, I imagine I'll pick them up as long as the price isn't astronomical.

Either way, that's a low price for a Trek product.

Excellent. Now if only the TOS would drop so I can buy it too.

He he...and the day for Filmmaker to finally own something TREK TV-related has come. Match this price on everything else, Paramount, and I'll have Classic, TNG, DS9, VOYAGER and ENTERPRISE before this same time next year...

As soon as I read "Be prepared to be shocked by the price!" I was immediately thinking $30-40. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come.

cool! Now lower the damn TOS price already! Since HDdvd release will invariably happen, you'd think they'd do it already!

I was thinking $150, so this was a good shock.

I think the packaging looks pretty good. Much better then the concept art that was previously shown.

I can wait on this one though. At least until I get, and watch, the original series first.

TVshowsonDVD has another update, with even more extras, like commentaries from some of the writers. I'm really starting to wonder if Paramount will go back and do this for some of the other series now.

I've seen a few episodes recently thanks to a friends Laser disk. I doubt anyone will complain about the writing. The crappy 70's tv animation however...

Just keep telling yourself one thing. REAL Klingons don't wear pink.

Delicious.

Soon we'll start seeing plenty of well done Sealab 2021 style videos.... hopefully...
