Okay sorry if these sound like stupid questions but:

1) Do they put the whole shows on the disks in the wrestlemania anthology? I could've sworn that WM 21 and 22, etc, were 2 or 3 disks each. Yet in the set they are a single disk?

2) Any news on a Shawn Michaels set coming out? And when new sets come out, do you guys normally keep the older dvds? Do they usually port over all of the same matches plus some? For example; if a 3-disk HBK dvd was released, would it be logical to keep the "Boyhood Dream" dvd?

Thanks,
Shane-O

1. from what i know, the longer shows are flipper discs on the wrestlemania set and with no extras.
2. There is a 2 disc set called "From the Vault: Shawn Michaels" that came out a few years ago.
disc 1
1.The Midnight Rockers vs Playboy Buddy Rose and Pretty Boy Doug Summers
2.Vs. Razor Ramon Ladder Match Wrestlemania 10
3.vs. Bret Heart Iron Man match Wrestlemania 12
disc 2
1.vs Diesel (his last match before leaving for WCW
2.vs Mankind at "In Your House
3.Hell in a Cell vs Undertaker (first one)
4.non sanctioned match vs Triple H (first match back since 98)

its a great dvd if you can find it (im surprised its oop)

Vengeance didn't come with an insert, I know for sure...unless you count those inserts they used to put in with a list advertising other WWF dvd's. I'm not sure about Unforgiven or No Mercy. I bought mine from K Mart when they were carrying them on clearance after the WWF to WWE name change. Many of those had been opened and re-sealed for whatever reason. For that reason, I'm not positive whether or not those came with inserts. Anyway...mine didn't have inserts included, but I don't know if they originally came with them or not.

Leechboy 04-04-07 06:26 PM

I bought Unforgiven 2001 and No Mercy 2001 at Media Play years ago. Neither had inserts.

On another note I got my WM17 from Highspots today. It is the original sealed Sony version that goes for hundreds on ebay. If anyone wants one go grab one right now.

Yea, i emailed Highspots.com and they said it was still in original shrinkwrap with the security seal. Too bad i already have WMX7 on DVD that i bought in 2002 when WWE change their name, guess i will order another copy of WMX7 which i will probably sell.

I just checked Highspots and WMX7 DVD has been removed from the website. Was a great deal to pass up on.

Just to let everyone know, I was at Sam Goody a couple of days ago and they had all WWE dvds buy 2 get 1 free. Then I was at FYE yesterday and they had all WWE dvds buy 1 get 1 free.

I don't but I could take some. Also, I have Survivor Series 02 & Royal Rumble 01 OFFICIALLY released dvds still available if anyone is interested.

Leechboy 04-05-07 11:01 PM

here is a pic of my WWF/E dvd collection.
http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n...pphpflIQy7.jpg

I have almost every dvd released. No Way Out 07 and the Royal Rumble box are currently on my coffee table.

AFAIK the only dvds I am missing are...
WWF: The Attitude Collection: The Best of Raw Volume 1 (just bought off of ebay.)
WWF: The Attitude Collection: The Best of Wrestlemania 1-14
WWF: Best of 2001 Viewers Choice

WWE: Judgment Day 2002 Sony Version (I have the Canadian Koch version)
WWE: Vengeance 2002 Sony Version (Koch Again)
WWE: Trish Stratus 100% Stratusfaction: Special Collector's Edition
WWE: Raw Homecoming 2005
WWE: Wrestlemania Anthology (I refuse to buy crappy flipper discs)

Maybe I will post pics of my UFC/Pride FC collection and TNA collection later.

Just finished watching the 4 horsemen dvd. Picked it up early from a small dvd shop that breaks street date. Damn, what a documentary. It cracked my top 5 already among the wwe produced docs. They even interviewed pretty paul roma for the dvd and that was one of the many highlight's.
Highly recommend to anyone who is on the fence when it comes out this tuesday.

But....I have to say. What a crime this wasn't a 3 disc set. Only 7 matches and a handful of interviews...pfft...what a shame.

shacmasta 04-05-07 11:21 PM

WWF: Best of 2001 Viewers Choice (Does this even exist?)
Yea, It does. I'm still annoyed at myself for not picking it up when highspots.com was selling it.

That is a tough one to find. I saw one sell for $17 plus change with buy it now on ebay a few weeks back. I wish I would have bought it.

Ringmaster 04-06-07 02:08 AM

Has it been announced if Wal-mart will carry any exclusives for the Four Horseman set (like another disc) this tuesday?

I bought a RR Anthology Volume 1 only from someone on eBay who broke up the Anthology set and sold the Volumes individualy…anyway, he shipped it in a very thin envelope and when I opened it the right corner was crunched and the plastic cases for discs 1 through 5 were broken, with pieces of plastic falling out of the envelope as I opened it. Amazing all of the discs appears to be in one piece, but the digipak is, for the most part, ruined. The seller has been very unapologetic as far as this an wil not help me get a new set/case or refund my money…

do you guys have any suggestions on how I could get a new RR Antholgy Volume 1 digipak?

I have contacted the WWE Home Video Department, they have yet to return my call....

How many promos are there? I hope there's as much as there were on the Dusty set (something like 40!).

Is the Flair/Morton cage match the one that was filmed for Japanese TV? How long is it?

How's the wargames match?

Thats an awesome collection. Im very much debating on what I should do about gettin ppvs from 06 Backlash and on. See I order every ppv and if I dont I have wwe 24/7 mode so I can just burn them onto a dvd with 0 problem. Most of the ppvs I pay about $15 of the 40 with buddies paying the rest. Even tho I know common sense would say burn it and there is no reason to buy the dvd, Do you think it would be worth it to buy the dvds or just make copies?
