Frank and Carissa's Love scene was slightly longer. Dana's death scene has a few extra frames, making the throat wound much more visible. Neil Gallagher's death was extended, containing more green gore and a shot where Pinhead is shown grabbing Gallagher with a closeup on Pinhead's Head. Makes me feel better about dropping cash in it before. |

Are these worth getting? Never saw any of them and was just curious.

I like them. If you have Netflix, you can stream the first one. They also have an iphone app and you can get some of the films from itunes. Might be worth a rent before buying.

Paramount did NOT release any Puppetmaster DVDs...only VHS and laserdiscs. Koch was the acting distributor until Paramount put the kibosh on them, since Band-Koch didn't actually own the video rights. I had seen the box sets selling for over $300 on eBay but those days are looooong over it seems. I do think its pretty interesting how many undiscovered boxes of the Puppetmaster keep turning up in the Full Moon warehouse. I'm guessing the Ark of the Covenant and Jimmy Hoffa are probably in there somewhere. For info.. The original "KOCH" release is still the "Scarce"/"Rare" edition boxset, while the ones turning up from Charles Band's Attic or Fullmoon Warehouse were "rereleased/repackaged" kangaroo editions: http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...pmasterbox.jpg |
