A sound Of Thunder?

Where is the DVD news for "A Sound Of Thunder"? I mean they haven't announced a release date, extras, or anything. I mean the movie came out at the beginning of September. If anybody knows anything about the DVD, please post.

Its an interesting concept, the short story was pretty good. The concept was even used in one of the Simpsons Treehouse of Horror episodes.

Never heard of this one, but the story line sounds right up my alley (sci-fi). I'll be looking to check it out when it's released.

I remember seeing the trailer for it once in theatres, and that was the last time I heard of it! I'd love to check it out, seemed like a neat little movie.

It's not too often a big budget sci-fi film earns a whopping 1.7 million at the box office. Even if it really bombs! I know, it was basically dumped in theaters, but there was a reason.

I saw the film at a test screening a year ago, and while not terrible, it certainly isn't all that good. The effects are lousy, but I didn't really care about that. It seems that most people absolutely detested this film. I actually didn't hate it, but I do have a soft spot for time travel stories (ala Back to the Future 2, Butterfly Effect) in which people screw things up. I just find it to be a fun concept.

This movie could have been a lot better, but it's not as awful as everyone was saying (in my opinion, of course).

I LOVED the concept. Thought it was a great premise for a movie...but the execution is laughable. One of the worst movies I've ever seen. Peter Hyams needs to have his DGA card taken away after this one... I can't even recommend a rental on this baby.

This is my favorite (and I mean FAVORITE) Ray Bradbury story.

What they did to this story is criminal. The Simpsons showed the story much more respect.

I watched it last night. The CGI is pretty bad for a professional Hollywood feature, the science is COMPLETELY ridiculous, and the acting is mediocre at best. I wanted to like the movie (the premise from the Bradbury story is great), but it fails miserably.
