Devil's Rejects-where are all the extra's on disc 1?

Devil's Rejects-where are all the extra's on disc 1?
When I scroll to the bonus features on disc one ,they only list up to the 'Buck Owens Video' and I can't seem to access the deleted scenes, make-up tests, trailer, McGrory tribute etc. How do you get to those as there is no, "more" selection on my screen to get to those!! Help

See at the bottom right of the menu screen? When you cursor down past the Buck Owens video there will be a highlight mark UNDER "Main Menu". There's an arrow to the right of "Main Menu". Cursor to the right and there will be a highlight mark UNDER the arrow. Press ENTER on your remote and there ya go.

when i first saw the extras menu, i said to myself, wonder how long before someone posts this question here. the arrow does make it look like youre going back to the main menu.
