Question about upcoming Spider-Man / Spider-Man 2 release

Does anyone know more about the Spider-Man / Spider-Man 2 packs coming out next month (December 13)? Are they just the 2 regular releases shrinkwrapped together? Amazon.com lists 4 different versions: widescreen and foolscreen editions of "Ltd Spec Box" and "W/Long Sleev". What are these?
