Quick Shawshank SE question

I just bought it used and it didn't have an insert in it, did it originally come with one?

No... pretty much all Warner DVDs are free of inserts.

From: Right now, my location is DVDTalk, but then again, you should already know that, shouldn't you?
Never had one...and the original non-SE was a snapper case, which never had inserts because, well, they kinda were big thick inserts themselves...
