Which Disc Is This On?
Does anyone know which disc (and what the track is called) on the LOTR - TT Extended Edition discs where they talk about Vigo Mortensen braking his toes when he kicks the helmet in the scene with the burning bodies?

The scene is on the first disc, and the foot break is mentioned on commentary audio track 6. The behind-the-scenes elaboration of the event is on disc 4 (disc 2 of the Appendices), and is found in the "Cameras In Middle Earth" segment.
