got this today. nothing Limited, just a regular Special Edition with keepcase and slipcover w/out UPC hole in back.

This worth a blind buy? Looks great and it is loaded with extras, with good word about the flick it might push me more to get it.
Why was the limited edition canceled? Did people already buy it and it sold out or did they just not release one? |

I noticed they disabled the time counters on both discs when the video files are playing.

Yep, no time code and a hellacious buzz/vibration upon loading. Stops a few seconds into the opening credits for me ....
