DVD frame shudder
I just picked up the Assassins/The Specialist 2 "double feature" 2 disc set from WB. I'm watching Assassins, and I am noticing a real nasty frame shudder every 10 to 30 sec or so. Defective disc or incompatible player? Anyone experience this kind of thing before? When I put the player on slow and it hits that frame, it literally shakes around while being displayed.
Any insight to this would be great. Wondering if it's a flaw in my particular copy, or if it's in the transfer itself, or if it's hardware related. As I only own 1 dvd player, I can't check it elsewhere.

Just tried it on my PC's DVD player. Same thing. Frame jump/shudder/shake. Definitly either a defect in this particular disc or the transfer itself. Any ideas as to which it may be, without going out and buying another copy/returning this one?

me too, this is what I did... I use POWERDVD, I right clicked on the screen(when the movie is not running) choose "Configuration" go to the "video" tab and uncheck "use hardware acceleration" or something similar to that. Cleared it right up. hope this helps.
