I would disallow the Civil War too...it is a boxed set, containing several discs, and it's a TV show, since it was originally aired on PBS and never shown in theaters.

Taken counts as a TV set, so it should not count... but Civil War being a documentary is not as cut and dry. I would still think that it would count as TV as well.

reefa has beatles anthology (a multi disc documentary) and that counts as a tv set....i would say that any of the ken burns docs would be considered the same

maybe reefa's set should not count as a tv set. the civil war (and the anthology) is a feature length, multi-part documentary. it should count as a single movie, not a box set or a tv season.

ryuryu2949: "The Civil War" is not a made-for-tv movie. It's a mini-series, and is as-such considered a television set. I think others have successfully made my point for me on this one. As such, I'm putting you down for "The Deer Hunter".
