It wasn't becuase I did not want to. In fact I really want to see this movie. It is just hard to go with a newborn. I am pretty sure I will like this movie and eventually buy it. But my policy is to rent first and if I like it I will buy it.

Probably worth the rental if only for the action sequences. Special effects looked alright in the trailer, but I probably wouldn't buy it. I'm way more discriminating about the DVDs I buy now. If it turns out I actually like it, then I will probably wait for the 2-disc Director's Cut that will probably come out a couple months after the initial release.
